Your children's check-in and pick-up code

When you leave your children at the children's ministry, they get a pick-up code that you show when you collect them.

Checking them in

• On your phone: scan the service QR code and choose Check my children in, tick the children staying, and check in.
• At the children's desk or kiosk: enter your phone number and tick the children.
• First visit? Fill in the family card: your name and phone, each child's name, age and any allergies.

Each child goes to the room for their age. You see the code on screen and get it by SMS.

Finding the code later

The code is shown at the top of your portal home page while your children are in, and on My children. Both parents see it.

Collecting them

Show the code to the leader. If someone else is collecting them, the church can add them as an approved person: ask the children's ministry.
