Forgot your password

You can reset your password yourself; nobody at the church needs to know it.

1. On the sign-in page choose Forgot password.
2. Enter your email address or mobile number.
3. By email: open the link we send and choose a new password.
4. By SMS: we text you a link and a 6-digit code. Open the link (or go back to the page), enter the code and choose a new password.

• The code lasts 60 minutes and allows 5 tries.
• For your privacy, the page never says whether an email or number is registered.
• A new password signs you out on your other devices.
